Q1: Can you briefly introduce the company??
A: ok, our company is established in 2005, Ens is dedicated to creating innovative and premium-quality products. We have grown into the one-stop service gifts and Premium Company engaged in the original design, marketing & promotional, brand license, manufacturing, and retail.
Ens has manufacturing facilities in Huizhou, China, a solely-own factory covering an area of over 300,000 square feet and with a workforce of more than 450 workers. Ens`s diverse manufacturing capabilities include engineering, molding, injection molding, sewing, roto casting, transfer, and silk-screen printing, assembly, quality control and logistic, etc
Q2: What’s your production line?
A: Roto casting, Injection, Spray painting, Silkscreen, Pad printing, Cutting & Sewing, Filling, Assembly, packing, etc.
Q3: Can you make a test for us? What If I pay the test fee but the test result is not passed?
A: Yes sure we can make a test for you. We provide the free samples and you pay the test fee. Do you have any test lab requirements? We are working with SGS, TUV, BV, ITS, etc. Or you can appoint the test lab. We will improve and
send samples again and the second-time test fee will be bear by ourselves.
Q4: Do you accept OEM custom design?
A: Yes, we work on OEM/ODM orders. That means size, material, quantity, design, logo, printing, etc.
Q5:I only have a very simple picture but no design. Would you please help me to make the design because we don't have a designer?
A: Yes, we can make the design for you. Do you have a budget cost for the design? All our designer are in our HK HQ. The estimated the design fee is $2000/design.
Q6: Can you add my logo to your products? Can I just retain my own logo on the products without yours?
A: Yes you can add your logo to our products. For most of our products, we have engraved our brand/copyright on the mold so it
can't be removable.
